Have you ever wondered if you were the main character of your story? If you think you might not be, consider, you guessed it: studying abroad!

Main characters do main character things and studying abroad is definitely something a main character would do. You'll meet new people, experience new things and get the sweet taste of independence.

Sure it might be scary and it might be costly, but getting rid of your fears is the best thing you can do to yourself. As for the costly part, take advantage of bursaries! Universities usually give bursaries for students that want to study abroad.

You can also choose to start brand new. You can come out of your shell since no one knows anything about your past. You can even fake an accent if you want. You can do literally whatever you want- Unless its something illegal :o

So go on and enjoy your life, make some new friends, go on an adventure. Do something different. Imagine yourself as an old person looking back at all the things you've enjoyed. After all, you only live once, better make it worthwhile.
